Case Overview: The demand customer is a listed enterprise engaged in the research and production of industrial special alloys and bimetallic composite pipe products. The customer has a world-class seamless pipe production line and FFX forming, JCO forming lamp welding pipe production line.

Customer requirement: HATATEST's complete testing system should be able to cooperate with their production equipment to efficiently control the quality of their finished composite steel pipes' compliance and welding effects. The customer's finished steel pipe has a diameter of 219mm-914mm and a length of 6-12.5M

Key points of the solution:
1. The system consists of seven major systems: detection fixture (circular track detection device), monitoring system, flat panel detector, digital radiation super-resolution software and system, digital control console, and electrical control cabinet.
2. There are two circular detection mechanisms inside the lead room, each with two concentric positioning sensors, a radiation source, a flat panel detector, and a circular track.
3. The detection mechanism of detection station 1 and detection station 2 automatically adjusts the concentricity of the corresponding workpiece end pipe mouth on the circular track.
4. The focal length between the radiation source and the detector can be adjusted, and the image can be captured by rotating 180 ° along the circular orbit before returning to the origin for negative 180 ° imaging.

Inspect one end of the 6-10.5 meter pipe fittings first, and then inspect the other end after completion.
