1. Aircraft structural components: including wings, fuselage, and landing gear, non-destructive testing is used to detect fatigue cracks, corrosion, and manufacturing defects, ensuring flight safety and structural durability.
2. Tank armor plate: Detect internal defects such as pores and inclusions in armor materials, test ballistic performance and overall strength, and ensure combat protection capability.
3. Ship hull: Identify cracks and corrosion damage to the ship's steel plates and welding areas to prevent structural failure in offshore environments.
4. Missile Body: Detect defects in the outer shell and internal structure to ensure aerodynamic performance and reliability, suitable for testing in high temperature and high pressure environments.
5. Cannon barrel: Test the internal wear, cracks, and material degradation of the barrel to ensure shooting accuracy and service life.
6. Military vehicle chassis: Detect defects in the chassis frame and suspension system, such as fatigue cracks and welding issues, to ensure off-road performance and safety.
7. Electronic equipment casing: For metal or composite material casings of military electronic equipment, surface and internal defects are detected to prevent electromagnetic interference and mechanical damage.

The system consists of a truss loading and unloading device, an RGV material conveying system (platform trolley and track with rotating fixtures), a gantry mechanical structure device (radiation detection system: radiation machine/flat truss displacement mechanism, a set of 450KV fixed radiation machine, a set of small digital imaging board and a set of large digital imaging board) control system, computer system, digital imaging detection software, monitoring system, etc. The detection system is a multi axis detection platform with 15 axes.
